Artist's Notes : Major departure from canon obviously. In my mind, it's possible that Julianna did not die. (Master vampires are supposed to die or go mad when their human servants are killed, Asher might be a little traumatized, but he's not totally crazy.) So, in my own little wishful thoughts, Asher and Julianna could be reunited. Naturally, Asher is just a wee bit pole-axed... but I don't think he's going to be letting her go for a good long while.
Postscript : I have not officially joined FanArt100 because their new member acceptance seems to be on indefinite hiatus. However, since the characters I wanted were neither on their current list or wishlist, I figured I could go ahead and start.
For future reference, I have my own little take on Julianna since we are given very little canon information for her. And since I don't believe we are required to remain strictly in canon. As such, there may also be some pictures of Julianna in modern-day settings, since I firmly believe that either Julianna died and comes back (via reincarnation or magick or what-have-you), or never died in the first place (was stolen, brain-washed, etc.).
Basically if Asher is pictured without scars... it's somewhere in the late 14th-early15th century. (I figured she was with them around that time period since JC is about 600 according to canon. And we know she was with JC and Asher when they were fairly newly dead, because she and Asher were captured while JC was away to attend to his mortal mother's death.) If Asher is pictured with scars and people are wearing normal clothes, figure it's 2007-ish.

Lovely picture, very good expression on Asher's face. But it actually says that human servants go mad or die if the vamp dies but the vampire master can get through the death of the human since they are naturally tougher. And btw (since I commented on it on one of your first of these pictures), I am rereading the series and LKH has definately botched the timeline. It says that it happened 200 years ago and JC is at least 400 and went to see his mother...
