Extreme Makeover : Home Edition has come to Chicago! Being a fan, I went to the website for the project at [link] and looked over the Noyola family's bio. When I saw that one of their little girls, Marissa, wanted to be a veterinarian when she grows up and take care of retired racehorses, well, I just HAD to make her a custom pony!

Marissa-the-pony was a Cinnamon Breeze. Her body color is its original, sparkly pink-red color. Her hair is saran hair in alternating plugs of golden yellow and a mix of pinky pink and crimson red, giving her hair a nice, streaky, fiery sort of effect. Her symbol is a silhouette of a horse, a dog in relief, and a kitty! Her eyes have also been repainted a bright blue color. I put the top half of her mane in a little bun, leaving her forelock free to curl around her head.

This pony is a gift for Marissa and I personally handed her over to Paige Hemmis of the Extreme Makeover : Home Edition design team, who was doing Marissa's room. According to Paige, "she'll go oerfectly in Marissa's new room.".

I can appreciate this because I love Horses (the most) and cats and dogs, AND my name is Marissa =)
She's a very pretty pony, and I hope the little girl likes it. ^^
