Character Design for Tornado

Eric Mitchell. Codename : Tornado. 'Nado (as he is called) is an omnaerokinetic. Translation... he can control any element in its gaseous state using the power of his mind. What good is this, you ask? It's quite useful when you can control the AIR. That means, dear-hearts, that he can fly, he can tell if someone's lying by the rate of the heart, can feel something coming before he sees it, etc etc etc.
